furnaces come with a minimum 20 year factory heat exchanger
warranty.

Air conditioning compressors have scroll compressors
and a minimum 5 year factory warranty.
- We
do not charge for our estimates for new heating and
air-conditioning systems which also includes a heat
loss and heat gain calculation for efficient equipment
sizing.
- Bartholomew
Heating and Cooling is owner operated. Rick Bartholomew
personally evaluates and custom designs a heating and
cooling system for your personal comfort.
- Our
duct work is all custom designed with a minimum of 28
gauge sheet metal for trunking and a minimum of 26 gauge
on all take off pleniums (THIS MEANS HEAVY DUTY).
- Our
ducts we are heavy duty (WATER PROOF) vinyl flex
ducts with a minimum of R-4 insulation.
- We

would charge you extra for. We will be happy to go over
the list, if you are interested, by phone or during a
personal estimate.

specialize in central air, heat and duct work in houses
that other company's said could not be done!!!
